The first photo Andréia Horta characterized as Elis Regina, released in may, shocked fans of the singer. In the picture, the actress appeared with her hair as well curtinhos, and called attention to the similarity with the eternal “Menace”. The photo, however, was only a small sample of what the audience will see in “Elis”, a film directed by Hugo Silver, with the debut scheduled for 24 November. This Wednesday, 19, the trailer of the film was released and brings you a show of interpretation of Andreia.
"The only thing I want to do in my life is to be able to sing, man. Only what I want to do. I want to sing", says Andréia, in the skin of Elis, in one of the scenes most exciting of the film. The acting, including, yielded the kikito prize for Best Actress at the 44th Festival of the Lawn. The film took two awards: best film by the popular jury and best editing for James Feliciano.
The film portrays some of the most relevant passages of the career and personal life of the gaucho smile franc and unique voice, such as the arrival to Rio de Janeiro on the day of the Coup of 1964. The film shows the first contact of Elis with the good praça Luiz Carlos Miéle (Lúcio Mauro Filho) and the marriage of the problematic of the singer with the charming Ronaldo Bôscoli (Gustavo Machado) and the arrival of motherhood.
The cast also counts with Caco Ciocler, Julio Andrade, Zécarlos Machado, Rodrigo Pandolfo, Elizabeth Wilker, Icaro Silva and Natallia Rodrigues.
