The group Swedish pop ABBA should reunite for a “new digital experience” in 2018, more than 30 years after his last show, informed a announcement this Wednesday (26).

the members of The band Released Faltskog, Bjorn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson and Anni-Frid Lyngstad will join Simon Fuller, creator of “American Idol,” and the Universal Music Group for the collaboration.

“We are exploring a new world of technology, virtual reality and artificial intelligence at the forefront, which will allow us to create new forms of entertainment and content that you never imagined before,” said Fuller in a statement.

THE ABBA, known for a series of hits in the 1970s and early 1980s, such as “Waterloo”, “Dancing wueen” and “Take a chance on me”, broke up in 1982.

“Our fans around the world are always asking us to make a meeting, and I hope that this new creation of ABBA the anime as much as it cheered me up,” said Anni-Frid in a statement.
