The art came out of the closet – Shifter

the National Art Museum (NMAA) , similar to what had happened with the National Gallery in London, will feature 31 reproductions of works of art in the areas of Chiado, Bairro Alto and Prince Royal. The project is called “ComingOut. And if the museum leave the street? “ and comes of this, the possibility of finding classical masterpieces through the streets we walk every day.

Peaches, The Chick and Seven Davis Jr. in Vodafone Mexefest – Digital Journal

The Vodafone Mexefest have three new confirmations.

NMAA: Old Art Works ‘invade’ the streets of Lisbon – Digital Journal

Documentary Film invades Lisbon with 236 films

13th edition of DocLisboa starts 22 October.

The 13th edition of DocLisboa kicks off Oct. 22 with 236 films coming from 40 countries, including Portugal, which features 46 works. The event, which runs until November 1 in several areas of the capital such as Culturgest, the Cinematheque and the São Jorge Cinema, opens with Bella and perduta , Pietro Marcello Italian, and will show a retrospective of work of the Serbian Zelimir Zilnik, 73, whose work follows the movement of the documentary film.

This year, the DocLisboa joins the Portuguese Center for Refugees, proposing a “contribution in kind” in each film screening.
