Colin Vearncombe, popularized under the name Black and known for musical success Wonderful Life in the late 80s, died on Tuesday at 53 years.
Black was hospitalized after an accident on January 10th, near the Cork Airport in Ireland. He was in an induced coma and suffered brain damage. The official Facebook page of the artist can read: “Colin Vearncombe 26/05/1962 – 21/01/2016 Never will walk alone.”.
Born in Liverpool, England, Black lived in Ireland with his wife and four children, was 35-year career and released his first work in 1981.

The song Wonderful Life was a great success in European tops in 1986. Vearncombe, who was also a painter and poet, he has released eight albums like Black-six in own name.
