Polish court refuses to extradite Polanski – Journal News

Today 82-year-old Roman Polanski should have been present in the Krakow court on the morning of Friday, when the decision on the extradition request has been read presented by the United States, but according to “Associated Press”, did not attend. Polanski was born in France and lived most of his life in Poland. It has even dual nationality.
