Return to the neighborhood, between neighbors

The “pavilion” that is to represent Portugal at the Architecture Biennale held in Venice, titled “Neighbourhood – Where Alvaro meets Aldo”, is still the pretext for a new cycle of talks and presentations of films about the social housing projects of Álvaro Siza. And the architect will now return, once more, to the Neighbourhood of Bouça in Porto, to exchange memories, testimonies and ideas with the two curators of the show of Venice, Nuno Grande and Roberto Cremascoli, with the representatives of the district and also with the journalist Cândida Pinto, author of the series “Neighbors”, who accompanied Siza in reunion with projects carried out for several decades. The session is held at 21: 30, in the Courtyard of the Bairro da Bouça, with free access.
