Ban Ki Moon, Secretary General of the United Nations in his message for the World Day of Tourism says: “ Let us work together to make the most of the immense potential it offers in tourism, boosting economic growth, promoting environmental protection and sustainable development and a life should for all “
In five consecutive years of growth, tourism has contributed to the economic recovery by creating jobs in many parts of the world.
“ Whenever we travel, we are part of a global movement to promote development, creating jobs and fostering sustainable society we want for our future , “said Taleb Rifai, UNWTO Secretary General, in his message for World Tourism Day.
