Cristiano Ronaldo will make his debut in cinema with the interpretation of a role in “The Handler” by Martin Scorsese, to debut in 2016. The actor will star opposite the Victoria’s Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio.
The Portuguese player will not represent the main role in the film, but will appear on the big screen as supporting actor. Furthermore, the ace will lend the mansion acquired a few weeks ago in the Trump Tower in New York, for the filming.
The apartment, valued at 16 million euros, once belonged to Alessandro Potro, the Italian tycoon who served as the inspiration for the character Christian Grey in the saga books “Fifty Shades of Grey”.
Cristiano Ronaldo will also star opposite another newcomer on the big screen, the model Alessandra Ambrosio, who will play the girlfriend role of the protagonist, played by Channing Tatum.
The premiere of the film is scheduled for 2016.
