“The 1001 Nights” by Miguel Gomes with marked debut for Cannes – iOnline

“The 1001 Nights”, the latest film by Miguel Gomes, was selected to be shown in the Directors’ Fortnight, a parallel section of the Cannes Film Festival which runs from 14 to 24 May.

The three volumes of the film – “The Restless,” “The Desolate” and “The Enchanted” – each with two hours long, will be shown on three consecutive days, in two daily sessions.
