Fish in Lisbon is already in April – Saturday Magazine

If you do not live without eating fish if enjoyed seeing some of the best chefs of national cuisine to cook live or know someone who loves to fish and want to surprise you, point on the agenda: between 9 and 19 April, the 8th edition of Fish in Lisbon, Gale Patio in the Palace Square.

As usual in recent years, the event will be attended by Michelin-starred chefs – the Spanish Joan Roca of El Celler de Can Roca (14) and Quique Dacosta Quique Dacosta’s Restaurant (day 12) with three stars; Argentine Mauro Colagreco of Mirazur (13) with two; Pedro Lemos Pedro Lemos Restaurant (10th) and Leonel Pereira of São Gabriel (17) with a and José Avillez of Belcanto (day 10) with two, for example, will be present with conversations in the Courtyard and sessions live cooking.

One of the major new features are the five new restaurants with tastings. This year, for the third time, the fish in Lisbon will be “Blood in Gill” . This event takes place the 12 and 13 April 1300 at the restaurant Tavern in Lisbon, and is intended to highlight the creativity of young chefs.

If you like to end the meal at the festival with a Custard, may continue to do so this year. The prices remain the same as last year: the entry costs € 15, with the right to a plate of € 5, € 1.50 a drink and a glass of proof. Between 2nd and 6th for lunch and 13 throughout the day, the entrance fee includes two passwords € 5, two drinks of € 1.50 and a glass of proof.
