King used Facebook to thank the fans for the concern and well wishes “I’m feeling much better and leaving the hospital today,” he wrote in his official page.
This is not the first time the musician has health problems. In October last year, King had to cancel eight performances after a malaise during show in Chicago. At the time, he was diagnosed with dehydration and exhaustion, and since then has not made more touring.
Born in Mississippi, the musician is known as the “King of the Blues” and is considered one of the greatest guitarists of all time. Artists such as Eric Clapton consider King one of his influences.
