Ballad of a Batrachian , the Portuguese director Leonor Teles wins Golden Bear for Best Short Film at the Berlin Film Festival. This is the second short Leonor.

Leonor film was in competition at the Berlinale Shorts beside Freud und Friends, Gabriel Abrantes.

Ballad of a Batrachian is an exploration of the mythology of the Roma community, which continues the work that Leonor won in 2013 Take one prize in the Short Vila do Conde with Rhoma Acans . At the center of this eleven-minute short is practice, common in Portugal, the use of ceramic frogs by the owners of shops and cafes to keep out members of the Roma community who are superstitious respect of frogs.
