Cascais already has the Museum Quarter – Journal SUN

In same route, you can enjoy the paintings of the famous painter Paula Rego, visiting a strong eighteenth or meet an important musicological estate. In the Museum Quarter, the cultural offer is diverse but have a common thread:. 12 cultural facilities represent memory, tradition and heritage

The initiative was launched yesterday in Cascais and aims to be an anchor of tourist point of view. The Museum Quarter includes spaces such as Stories of Casa Paula Rego, the Museum of Santa Marta, the Music Museum, the Sea Museum, the Nossa Senhora da Luz, the Condes de Castro Guimarães Museum or the Cascais Cultural Centre. The inspiration comes from other European cities such as Amsterdam where in the same space are varied cultural proposals that allow experience the culture in very different ways.
