Then, go up to stage the collective Cais Sodré Funk Connection (pictured) with its funk balance and devotion to the dance floors of the 1960s and 70s Vargas choose the beats to be. Until April 4, are dozens of bands and DJ gifts like Freddy Locks, Noiserv, beat or You Can not Win, Charlie Brown. The program also includes the screening of short films as well as bodyboarding and surfing competitions. The day ticket costs 10 €; the pass, 30 €. A “western” in Rivoli
Heads and cattle, land out of sight, Indians in rebellion: so was the “early Wild West” that many European immigrants, fleeing economic hardship or religious intolerance, found in nineteenth-century America. Among them, many Portuguese – especially Azorean landed the whalers without knowing how to read or write – such as those from today until Sunday will meet on stage at the Teatro Rivoli in Porto. “Home Wave”, the “western” written eight hands by Gonçalo Amorim, Pedro Gil, Raquel Castro and Rui Pina Coelho for the Experimental Theatre of Porto, debuts at 21h30, seeking their first American capitalist (who happens to speak Portuguese with Pico accent). Kill or not to kill, is the question. And we will soon see just off the world has become a less suffocating place.
