the wife of British actor Eddie Redmayne gave birth to a girl. Married since 2014, Eddie and Hannah première now in parenting with little Iris.
British actor Eddie Redmayne and his wife, Hannah Bagshawe, just be parents for the first time, with the arrival of her daughter, Iris Mary Redmayne. The baby’s sex was only known after birth, for the double option. The news was given by the newspaper “The Times”, having a Redmayne representative confirmed the information.
Iris was born last Wednesday, June 15th. Married since December 2014, Eddie and Hannah revealed publicly that they were expecting their first child at the ceremony of the Golden Globes this year, in January.
The Briton, 34, rose to fame with his work in “Les Misérables”, but it was the role of Stephen Hawking in “the Theory of Everything”, which made him world famous, earned him the Best Actor Oscar in 2015. Another of the most recognized characters from Eddie Redmayne is the transsexual Lili Elbe in “the Danish Girl”.
Redmayne is, moreover, the protagonist in the new film in the Harry Potter saga, “Fantastic and Where Monsters Find them,” which debuts in November this year. It will be the feature of the first saga that will not feature … Harry Potter himself. This is because the story, again based on a work of JK Rowling with the same name, takes place several decades before the famous wizard born.
