Festival Poster Jameson Urban Routes ending – Daily News – Lisbon

From October 22 to November 1 the MusicBox in Lisbon hosts another edition of the urban festival Jameson Urban Routes. As happened last year, the first day of the festival will be entirely dedicated to local artists, who will appear before a set of international actors in order to encourage the internationalization of new Portuguese music. Admission is free and this day will act Sequin, Cachupa Psychedelic, Beautify Junkyards, Rastronaut and King Kong. According to a statement sent to the press by MusicBox among international actors will attend Bob Van Heur (founder of Le Guess Who Festival), Bas Flesseman (founder of Belmont Bookings agency), Ross Belfer (the Cool Hunter and Gear Patrol) and Maxime Abreu (Les Inrockuptibles).

The second day of Jameson Urban Routes, already exhausted, will feature concerts of Future Islands, Celebration, Memory Fish and collective Discotexas.

The October 24 will start with the Portuguese Keep Razors Sharp, who will soon release their debut album, followed by the British Glass Animals, the duo Fujiya & amp; Miyagi, the house producer Maurice Fulton and the Portuguese Jorge whitewashed.

The fourth day, October 25, will be led by Tim Hecker audio experiences by songwriter and Moonface. On this day still will debut live Medeiros / Luke national project. Also will serve the Voxels and Sonja.

The festival returns after the end-of-week of October 31 and November 1.
