they have not even had started to form queues for dinner the first day of NOS Alive and already the edition 2015 could boast of having their very first concert. Making Stage Heineken a gathering around a music made by trance while calls hip-hop, gospel and even the South African vocal music, the Scots (!) Young Fathers easily set up a performance that seemed perfectly the stage that would be the religious function of a North American church in an underground any sighted in the future.

Songs dense, magnetic and born to a primitive and savage energy, relegating to the background without great effort, innocuous provision of Wombats and James Bay, First goers late on Thursday the main stage.

With 55,000 tickets for the opening day of the US Alive exhausted long ago, with much of the blame attributable to the presence of the Muse, on presentation of the new album Drones , the end afternoon ride in Algés Maritime already had become the usual meeting point between public the most varied geographical origins.

The first setback, however, would be announced just before the start of the festival, due to the cancellation of the English singer Jessie Ware, promptly replaced by the Portuguese Captain Fausto, who at 20h conquered the large audience of the festival that seemed faced for the first time with these enlightened representatives of national psychedelic rock. With the usual thrill, discoursing were the themes of his second album, Weigh the Sun , as if they were guests and not always last minute.

Jessie Ware justified in widespread message in a statement by the Everything Is New that “due to scheduling reasons” could not get to concert time.

In addition to Muse, Thursday night has yet to offer Ben Harper concert, Alt-J Django Django and Metronomy, among others. The NOS Alive runs until Saturday with Prodigy, James Blake, Beat and Mumford & amp; Sounds as main decoys Friday.
