The son of Australian musician Nick Cave, 57, died on Tuesday (14) after falling from a cliff in Sussex, England. According to the newspaper ‘The Independent’, the body of Arthur Cave, 15, was found by people passing by the place known as ‘Ovingdean Gap’.

According to the newspaper, the young man came to be rescued and received first aid on site, but not He succumbed to his injuries and died hours after being admitted. Police said the death is not being treated as suspected murder.
On Wednesday (15), friends and family the young man went to the crash site and left flowers and messages of affection. In a statement, the teenager’s parents made a tribute to the “beautiful, happy and loving boy” he was. They also called for “privacy at this difficult time.” Arthur was the son of Nick Cave Susie Bick with and had a twin brother, Earl.

Tragedy
In a documentary released in 2014, called “20,000 days on earth, “Arthur appeared with his brother Earl, making appearances in the film that portrays the life of Australian music. The documentary goes on show in Brazil in February 2015.
The death of Arthur is one more tragedy in the life of Nick Cave. At 19, he lost his father in a serious automobile accident. “The death occurred in a very confusing time of my life and created a vacuum, a space in which my words began to float, collect and find your peace,” said Cave to British newspaper ‘Daily Mail’, years after the loss.
Nick Cave is also the father of a 24 year-old Luke, from her relationship with Brazilian psychotherapist Viviane Carneiro. The two met when the singer lived in Brazil between 1990 and 1993 and were together until 1996.
