The auction of a Fender Stratocaster Standard which will be autographed by Mark Knopfler ended at the end of the day June 30 with a bid of 8,000 euros, and the winner belongs to the city of Porto.
The guitar will be signed in front of the winner and delivered by own Mark Knopfler moments before taking the stage of Edpcooljaz Festival, on July 28.
Revenue from the auction reverts entirely to the Institution of Social Solidarity CerciOeiras, more specifically for the purchase of essential technical material for users of the institution’s welfare:. wheelchairs and transfer cranes and a minivan 9 seats
Mark Knopfler, which operates in edpcooljazz on 28 July at the Poets Park, was willing to participate in this initiative undertaken in the 12th Edition of edpcooljazz.
