The body of the actress is being veiled in the Araçá’s Cemetery, west zone, since the 7h. The burial is scheduled for 16h. Life exercised the functions actress, author, producer, director and one of the great names of the Radio Era.

The actress fought for the official creation of the Museum of the Brazilian Television, that, for 13 years, worked inside your house. Founded in 1995, the Association of the Pioneers of Brazilian Television, which has changed its name to PRO-TV. The entity will be led, now, by Thais Alves, daughter of Life.

First kiss

The actress was born in Itanhandu (MG), on 15 April 1928. With six years of age, he moved to São Paulo. At age ten Life took part in a radio program, but his career started in the Club of Santa Claus, of Homero Silva, in the Radio Difusora de São Paulo.
The actress began as a singer and liked to imitate Carmen Miranda. He also made a paper boy in the novel The Revenge of the Jew, directed by Oduvaldo Viana, on the Radio São Paulo. Life has joined the cast radioteatral of Radio Panamericana, in 1944. Had the passage from the radio and the Cosmos, the Southern cross, the Standard Advertising and Culture.

At 18, he was hired for Radio Tupi, after being approved in a test done by Lima Duarte. In the tv station, in which he was 22 years old, he met the television brought by Assis Chateaubriand. In 1949, he married Gianni Gasparinetti, Italian engineer contracted to erect the Tupi, in Brazil. The career of Life grew when he started writing for radio and television – were 14 novels, in addition to numerous participations as an actress.
The actress wrote the books Life…A Woman! (2002), TV Tupi: A Beautiful Love Story (2008), Brazilian Television: The First Kiss and Other Curiosities (2014) and All the Marys (2015). She was the subject of the biography Life Alves: No Fear Live (2013), Nelson Christmas, and wrote special texts to work Gabus Mendes: the Great Masters of Radio and Television (2015). From 2005 to 2015 has been dedicated to compose more than 5 thousand biographies of the professionals of the brazilian television of all times.
