Paula Patton, ex-wife of Robin Thicke, singer of the success of “Blurred Lines”, has accused him, in court, of having abused her physically. According to information from the handout to “TMZ“, the court ruling emerged after a judge found that the u.s. “has a history of domestic violence”. Paula accuses him of abusing emotionally her and his son during the custody battle for the boy, in addition to revealing that he violentava during the wedding, getting to throw it on the floor and kick it during a fight.
Paula Patton reported that the ex-husband appeared at the home of his mother, on the 19th of January, when the child was being heard by the social welfare service, and the singer refused to go away. After the social workers left, Robin demanded to see the boy and only went away when they called the police. Now, the artist has supervised visits until seven in the evening in a neutral venue, while Paula is with legal custody of the child until the 24th of February, the date of the next hearing.
The american authorities found that Thicke already involved with domestic violence more than once, and so he is obliged to keep a distance of 100 metres of ex-wife, ex-mother-in-law and son. However, the lawyer of the singer says that it is Patton who is being investigated for “abuse emotional”.
The custody of Julian will be decided in the next three meseses. the Robin Thicke and Paula Patton began dating when they were still teenagers, and ended the marriage in march of 2015.
