Both Lloyd Cole concerts scheduled for Braga and Lisbon were canceled, said Wednesday the Teatro Maria Matos. The singer explained the cancellation to have been unable to translate their latest work “in a live performance that could take on tour” and apologizes to all injured.
Lloyd Cole had two meetings scheduled with the public Portuguese, the first in Braga, on 16 September and the second in Lisbon at the Teatro Maria Matos, 22. The organizers regret the inconvenience and issued a personal note from the singer in that this explains the reasons for the cancellation.
“We are now at the end of the sixth week and I have a concert. There have been technical problems, many, but the root of the problem is internal and mental process,” explains the English singer.
