What is going to see and hear the 3rd edition box Alfama, a work of Ana Bravo and John Felix Pereira
The Alentejo sing is special guest at this year’s Festival Checkout Alfama. The Fashion Mother group takes the stage box on two nights of the festival, to represent Sing now part of the UNESCO list of humanity’s intangible heritage.
TSF receives A this week, the Pocket Concert, some of the names that fill the festival poster.
On the stage of the radio, not far from Alfama, has passed António Chaínho, Carolina and Joana Amendoeira. Thursday received Marco Rodrigues, who will be on Saturday on stage Checkout after Chaínho and Guests and Mother Fashion.
Ana Moura closes the festival which distributes fado by 13 places in the old Alfama district. Cuca Roseta, Raquel Tavares, Maria da Fé and Rodrigo rise at the same stage on the first night.
But Alfama will also pass José Manuel Neto, with concert in his own name, Pedro Moutinho, Ana Sofia Varela, Filipa . Cardoso, Artur Batalha, Sara Correia and many singers
The organization’s advice is to other years: do a good planning to get circulate throughout the area of the festival and make the most of the concerts.
This Thursday is the last day to buy the single ticket priced at 38 euros. In the days of the Festival the price rises to 45. The ticket must be exchanged for a wristband providing access to all stages. The exchange is made in the Fado Museum.
