Stage Vodafone is “Time to sing” between Portugal and Spain – Observer

In five afternoons you heard a little of everything. The common denominator was the new trends in alternative rock, sometimes slow, others aggressive, sometimes to cross with pop, sometimes in the deafening threshold. It was this diversity the hook that took the Stage Vodafone (re) assert itself as a discovery site, with primacy for Portuguese bands – two out of three. This Sunday, the shows start an hour earlier.

Gouveia Natural, Isaura has had a great projection in recent months, is an artist who has not stopped giving evidence of his talent, particularly in the ingenuity with which crosses the voice with the sound of synthesizers. If “Change It” was the kick-off, the new “Eight” is an excellent indicator of how much Isaura Santos has yet to reveal. The presentation begins at 15:45.

At five o’clock arrives B Facade , a composer and multi-instrumentalist with firm career (as was one of the Devil on the Cross), known by only do whatever, particularly with the letters. Now many published discs, you should bring to the Stage Vodafone a kind of rich assortment, it will not be surprising the presence of surprise ornaments and even one or another friend. Come what may, is a spectacle not to be missed, not least by the provocation appeal. It will be “Time to sing” because in the B Facade songs fit all the words.

Last year the Madrilenian Hinds opened the second stage of the Vodafone Paredes de Coura now they are back to a Portuguese festival but in the role of headliners, close to the five days of performances on the Stage Vodafone (19h). The parade went up because the music of them there is something deeply raw one “to join the party” because that’s what music is and in this case without corsets. The four Spanish have only an edited album ( Leave Me Alone , in January this year) and it will be enough to fill rock the huge “garage” which became the alternative stage of the Rock in Rio 2016.
