Domestic fiction back to be nominated for the International Emmys – Reuters



 
 The national fiction back to be nominated for the International Emmys, this time with the novel ‘Belmonte’, broadcast on TVI.

Almeno Gonçalves, who played a lawyer unscrupulous ‘Belmonte’ is nominated actor with the cast.

In 2010, the novel “My Love”, TVI received a Emmy and the following year, SIC repeated the feat with the novel “Blood Ties,” starring Diana Chaves, which is being broadcast on RAI 1 currently.

“Belmonte” was selected by the jury Academy and Emmy competes alongside 30 Lives in: Maxim Bouchard, My Husband’s Lover and Gem, productions from Canada, the Philippines and Brazil, respectively
