Eight drivers have remained without points in the Letter – The Ball

Eight conductors may be without a driving licence, after having committed offences, excess alcohol, in the first six months of the new system of Letter Points, to have them removed all the points (12) of the base.

However, even though the conditions were met for the revocation of the driving licence and the consequent inhibition of lead for two years to referred offenders, the letter alone is going to be removed after "the completion of the process stand-alone", reports the National Association for Road Safety (ANSR).

In six months, 3012 drivers have lost points on the driving licence, refers to the ANSR, which reported that there was a motorist that was without the eight points, and it is, therefore, obliged to attend training actions.

according To the ANSR, 1403 drivers have lost six points, being the half of the points of getting no letter. The records indicate that, of the thousand drivers, have been subtracted two points and, the 600, four points. Excess speed, improper usage of phone while driving and excess alcohol are the contraordenações that have contributed to the loss of points from driving licence.

THE ANSR clarifies that these figures are provisional, since many of the records collected during 1 June to 29 November, still not in the system management information records (FOLLOW) and underlines that the number of drivers with points subtracted during this period may increase, because they are not accounted for in the 95.802 autos graves and many graves, awaiting an administrative decision or the court ruling to transit in judged.
