Sir Elton John , 69, have harassed a former safety, clutching his genitals on several occasions. At least so says the ‘victim’, Jeff Wenninger, in a lawsuit brought against the British artist. Wenninger claims that the incidents occurred in 2014 and is suing John for sexual harassment and assault.
According to the version of Wenninger, the two were together in the car when the singer will put his hands on his pants, tried grab your genitias and put your fingers between his buttocks. In view of the actions and words suggestive of the boss, Jeff says he tried to resist verbally and physically, but even so, not dissuaded. Have been other episodes during their coexistence period, which ended in September 2014.
However, Elton John has already responded through its lawyers, who consider the former employee simply looking for some sort of monetary compensation .
“These allegations are clearly false and contradicted by several previous statements made by the accuser. we will not give in to his latest abuse of the legal system.”
the statement seems to refer to another case brought by Wenninger against the security company he worked for.
