1. Live streaming In 1996 took place the first issue in live streaming ModaLisboa. Twenty years later, you can still watch the parades of national creators through the organization’s website. To do this, you only need to have a mobile device, mobile phone, computer or tablet and internet access. The Fast-Talks are also issued in live streaming.
2. ‘Portuguese Shoes’ One of the exhibitions of the Design Room in City Hall, shows a selection of shoes presented in parades this ModaLisboa. The exhibition Portuguese Shoes, promoted by APPICAPPS – Portuguese Association of Footwear Industry, Components, Leather Goods and their substitutes, makes known the result of some partnerships undertaken by national designers and Portuguese footwear brands such as the creations of Dino Alves and Nobrand, Nair Xavier and Armando Cabral, Olga Noronha and Biblical Catraia.
3. Exhibition ‘gynaeceum Androecium’ The stage director and costume designer John Telmo brings to Design Room ModaLisboa a 20-photo exhibition. In gynaeceum Androecium, we are surprised by the reversal of gender Paulo Pires, Benedita Pereira and Diogo Amaral, who have dressed in creations of national designers as Storytailors, Away to Mars and Miguel Vieira. 4. Wonder Room only lasts three days and, therefore, is to take to buy the pop-up store Wonder Room ModaLisboa, located in Town Hall Square. In this edition are present 30 emerging national brands with proposals as diverse as the boots of D’Ornellas, the churra wool blankets Ewe Blanket Pope / Alexandra Moura or bags and bags of Tomaz.
5. Fast Talks Joana Barrios is the moderator of this edition of Fast Talks. The initiative has the opening honors and runs this Thursday 10, at 18 pm in the Grand Hall of the Town Hall. Mónica Mendes Seabra, Mercedes Sierra / Javier Delawere, Isabel Costa, Angela Gilltrap and Alfredo Orobiosão experts invited these conversations about fashion and its future.
