The photojournalist David Clifford, Public newspaper photograph of former editor, died today in Lisbon, at age 40, according to the Union of Journalists without advance information about the cause of death.
David Clifford was born in Canada on July 5, 1974 and started doing photography at 15, according to information disclosed by himself in his profile on the LinkedIn social network.
He studied photography at Ar.co, school of art and communication visual, and began as a photojournalist at the Public in 1998, which was later sub-editor and photo editor, until they leave in 2007.
He was juror of the contest Prize New Talent Fnac Photography, and in the last years worked as a “freelancer”, publishing regularly in the magazine Time Out Lisboa.
