It launched the first confirmation for the next edition of EDPCOOLJAZZ. Mark Knopfler , former leader and guitarist of Dire Straits, acts in Oeiras July 28, 2015.
The concert will be held at Municipal Stadium in Oeiras / Poets Park and unique opportunity will allow the Portuguese fans to witness live the new album, “Tracker” which will be released next year. Furthermore, will not be left out of the classic themes of Dire Straits.
From today until October 2, tickets will be on sale exclusively at the official site of the musician, with prices varying between 32 and 72 euros. From day 3, may be procured in the usual places in Portugal.
The career of Mark Knopfler, beyond the band’s history that left us singles as’ Sultans Of Swing ‘and albums like “Brothers In Arms”, is also marked by collaborations with other artists such as Bob Dylan, BB King, Eric Clapton and Emmy Lou Harris, and have won several Grammy.
