The film by Sergei Loznitsa displayed and the critically praised, in May at the Cannes Film Festival, will open the 12th edition of the international film festival DocLisboa.

A full schedule will only be presented next Tuesday (23), but the organization DocLisboa revealed today that the 2014 will feature films of Chinese artist Ai Weiwei and Wang Bing, as well as the artistic collective The Otolith Group, founded by Anjalika Sagar and Kodwo Eshun.
The honor this year goes to filmmakers Alain Resnais, Harun Farocki and Eduardo Coutinho, who died this year.
The DocLisboa ends on October 26 with `Socialism` , the director and film historian Peter von Finnish Bagh.
