The singers of Coldplay and Pearl Jam shared the stage at the Global Citizen Festival
Chris Martin and Eddie Vedder, the lead singers of Coldplay and Pearl Jam, respectively, shared the stage at the Global Citizen Festival in New York, in the last end of the week – the two had covers for Nothingman, of own Pearl Jam; Don’t Dream It’s Over, the Crowded House; and People Have The Power, Patti Smith. The event, which took place in Central Park, also had concerts of Rihanna and Metallica, with special guests such as actors Hugh Jackman and Neil Patrick Harris. In the past year, Vedder and his fellow Pearl Jam did a duet with Beyonce, to sing Redemption Song, Bob Marley.
