The british Alt-J are the latest confirmation on the 11.Th edition of the festival In Alive. The trio takes to the stage on 6 July, the first day of the festival. Is the first name to integrate the first day of the poster. The band joins the already announced Foo Fighters, Depeche Mode, The Kills and Warpaint.
Joe Newman, Thom Green and Gus Unger-Hamilton bring songs from the albums An Awesome Wave (2012) and This Is All Yours (2014).
In 2012, with the debut album, the group that joined in 2007 was the winner of a British Mercury Prize, has been nominated for three Brit Awards, and won the album of the year by BBC Radio 6.
The band met in 2007 at the University of Leeds and made his debut in Portugal with a concert at the festival Million Festive, in 2012. The Alt-J will return for the third time to the festival In Alive, where they performed in 2013 and 2015.
