Alexandre Farto, the Portuguese artist known as “Vhils”, was invited by U2 to participate in a visual edition of the latest album by Irish band.
The music that happened to him was “Raised by Wolves” and the music video was officially presented a few hours ago, on the website “nowness”. This video will only be available for one day, so those who want to see only have a few hours to do so.
After that, only available in the collection “Films of Innocence,” which will be on sale starting this Tuesday, December 9th.
The Vhils video was shot in Almada and Seixal, in August, a production that lasted only half day. JN, the artist says that accepted the challenge to “pull limits”, “explore a number of new ways” and put in pictures your connection “very strong” with “the sound and the letter” of “Raised by Wolves”.
“Films of Innocence”, that is part of the video “Raised by Wolves” is a visual edition of the latest album of U2, “Songs of Innocence”, signed in full by urban artists. Besides Vhils, were also invited to participate in this edition Oliver Jeffers, Robin Rhode, D * Face, Mode 2, Chloe Early, Ganzeer, Maser, ROA, DALeast and Todd James.
