The singer Carlos do Carmo complete this Sunday 75 years and is honored with the documentary “A Man in the World” by Ivan Dias, who defined the work, told Lusa, as “a love story”.
“In this film, [in touch with friends], Carlos do Carmo is revealed, which allowed me, as a director, to show this world that he could not show the general public, and only showed to friends” said Ivan Dias.
The film, aired Sunday, at 18:30, at the Cinema São Jorge in Lisbon, “is engaged film, friendships, almost called it a Christmas movie, because it’s a movie family, a love story – I would say
this is a love story, “said the filmmaker who made, among others, a documentary on the bass guitar Joel Pina, showing in February at RTP.
