The film “Frankenstein,” a new adaptation of the classic book by Mary Shelley, won on Tuesday (18) its first trailer. Watch above the preview of long-starring Daniel Radcliffe and James McAvoy.
The film recounts the story of a scientist and his dream of reanimating dead tissue in the middle 18th century with greater focus the title character’s relationship with his assistant. For this, it features McAvoy (Charles Xavier of new films from “X-Men”) as Dr. Frankenstein and Radcliffe (the protagonist of the eight “Harry Potter”) as Igor, a character created in some of the films that adapted the work, but absent in Livo.
“Frankenstein” is directed by Paul McGuigan, best known for his work as director of some episodes of the British series “Sherlock”. The film is scheduled to premiere in Brazil the 1st of October.
