 Alive In The was the big winner of the second edition of Portugal Festival Awards, whose ceremony was held on the evening of November 11 at Cinema São Jorge in Lisbon.

The event was presented by Diogo Dias and Luisa Barbosa and featured live performances of the nominees for the category of Best New Artist (D’Alva, For Pete’s Sake, Jimmy P, Sequin and Time for T), followed by West European Symphony Orchestra.

The event Boksburg earned awards for Best Urban Festival, Best Poster, Best Festival and Best Large Scale WCs. The Arctic Monkeys, headlining one of the days of this year’s edition Alive In, were awarded the prize for Best Live Performance by an international artist. Buraka Som Sistema, who also acted in Alive this year, won for Best Live Performance by a national artist.

The Vodafone won Paredes de Coura Festival in the category of Best Urban and not among the other winners of the night were the Million Festival (Festival Best Small Dimension), The Good Sons (More Sustainable Festival) and the Sol da Caparica (Contribution Disclosure Portuguese Music).
