A fire in the SIC studios in Holland Park in Carnaxide forced yesterday morning, the withdrawal of more than 100 local people and discontinuation of ‘Dear Mornings’ program, which was being broadcast live.
fire started in the kitchen of the premises, around 10:00 am, after an industrial fryer have burned down, found the CM. Immediately, and after an unsuccessful attempt by workers to control the flames, firefighters were called.
More than a dozen Carnaxide operational supported by rescue vehicles, were in place to combat fire. About a hundred employees were removed and the program ‘Dear Mornings’, presented by Julia
Pinheiro and Claudio Ramos, had to go to the range and has been down for more than an hour, since the studios and halls of facilities they were filled with smoke. Police also visited the site.
