“Birdman” and “Grand Hotel Budapest” are the big winners … – RTP

Best Director, Best Screenplay, Best Cinematography and Best Film. The story of an actor in decline told in Birdman ( The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance ) was the big winner on the night of the Oscars, with Iñárritu and company to win the most important awards and most prestigious.
 

Wes Anderson also won four statuettes, but in more technical categories: Best Art Direction, Best Soundtrack, Best Makeup and Best Design.

Eddie Redmayne and Julianne Moore eventually confirm expectations and won for Best Actor and Best Actress.

In the category of Best Documentary, the NSA spy story told by Laura Poitras in Citizen Four was the winner. The host of the ceremony, Neil Patrick Harris, played with the espionage controversy involving former analyst at the National Security Agency, “Edward Snowden may not be present for any reason.”
